What we look for.

Founders with domain depth

We back founders who have lived in the problem space, not just researched it. Technical depth or deep industry experience is non-negotiable.

Large, structurally shifting markets

We invest in markets where regulatory, technology, or behavioral shifts are creating new openings, not just incremental improvements.

Early signs of product-market pull

We do not require revenue, but we need evidence that customers care: LOIs, pilot engagement, waitlists, or organic adoption signals.

Capital-efficient path to milestones

We look for founders who can articulate what the next 18 months of capital will unlock, with clear metrics tied to the next raise.

Ojas Deshpande

Ojas is an Information Technology graduate from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, class of 2025. He works in the Founder’s Office at GrowthCap Ventures, supporting fund operations, deal sourcing and workflow execution. His experience spans research, product development and B2B sales, combining analytics with strong execution skills.

Anish Saraf

Anish holds a Master’s in Business from SDA Bocconi School of Management. and previously worked as an Investments Associate at Venture Catalysts, where he was responsible for end-to-end deal execution and LP relations. He was featured as one of “Fintech’s 50 Most Promising VC Analysts to Watch” by Indian Startup Times. He is a part of the Investments team as a Sr. Associate. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, swimming, music, and gaming.

Pratekk Agarwaal

Meet Pratekk Agarwaal, an accomplished entrepreneur, start-up advisor, and early-stage investor with a proven track record of success. With his extensive experience in building organizations at scale, including at Bajaj Finserv, Fullerton, IndoStar Capital, and ftcash, Pratekk has become a sought-after operator VC in the startup ecosystem. As a former Chief Business Officer at BharatPe and an alumnus of IIM-Kozhikode, Pratekk brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as operator investor.

He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build successful and scalable businesses, providing them with business advisory services, access to his network, and capital raise support. Pratekk has invested in over 30+ companies and serves as an advisor to numerous startups, NBFCs, large fintech companies, and venture capital firms.
